Legal notice

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law in Andorra, the buyer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract and return the watch, without penalty . The product must be unused, perfectly wrapped in its original protective plastic, and in perfect condition, with all its accessories, documentation, and original packaging intact. If the product shows signs of use, tampering, or deterioration, a depreciation may be applied to the refund amount .

2. Exclusions: Personalized Watches

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for personalized watches, i.e., those that have been engraved, printed, modified, custom-made, or altered to the customer's specifications. This exclusion is due to current regulations and the nature of the personalized product, which prohibits resale .

3. Return Procedure

  • The customer must notify their desire to withdraw by contacting our customer service within the legal deadline, indicating the order number and the necessary information to identify the purchase.

  • The product must be sent properly protected, along with the delivery note and invoice, to the address indicated by Carles Naudi Watches.

  • Direct return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to the company.

  • Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return.

4. Defective Products or Damage in Transport

If the watch has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, the customer must report it within 7 days of receipt, indicating the incident and attaching photographs if possible. Carles Naudi Watches will cover the collection costs and will, as appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the amount paid.

5. Warranty

  • Warranty Period: We offer a 6-month warranty against non-conformity from the date of purchase. The receipt and payment must be kept and presented. Damage or breakage, defects resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear of the material, or glass breakage are not included. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper handling. Damage caused by impacts, drops, fire, or theft are not included.

  • Warranty Procedure: To process a warranty claim, the customer must contact us with the order number and a description of the problem with images.
